FOR CITY OF HOPE PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS
Explore drawing, collage, crafts and more. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Art Therapy Can:
- Improve physical and emotional well-being
- Increase positivity
- Relieve stress and anxiety
- Enhance relaxation
Dates vary. Generally offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Holidays may impact schedule. Click on "Select A Date" to view list of available sessions.
Time: Starts at 1:30 PM, Pacific Time
Note: Typical session runs approximately 45 to 60 minutes, but may occasionally run at most 90 minutes. You are welcome to stay as long as you are able.
Each session utilizes supplies that can be easily found, such as pen, paper, color pencils, markers, scissors, and so on. Please contact the Biller Patient and Family Resource Center for information on supplies.
Materials Required for Upcoming sessions in 2023!
- A tablet, phone or a computer
- A quiet space to work if possible
- Paper your choice, preferable blank meaning no lines already drawn
- Colored pencils, markers, crayons, pastels or paint, whatever you may have available to make your mark
